Sunshine and Piggie Kisses is a rescue and adoption facility dedicated to the rescue and placement of stray, neglected, unwanted, pregnant, and abused Guinea Pigs. Sunshine and Piggie Kisses is completely funded through, adoption, fundraising efforts and public donations. All of our Guinea Pigs are cared for by the owner, volunteers, and fosters. All Guinea Pigs receive medical treatment at The Blue Pearl. We groom, rehabilitate, and nurture until each Guinea Pig is ready for adoption.

This questionnaire is designed to help Sunshine and Piggie Kisses and yourself determine if a specific Guinea Pig is the right one for you and your household. All adopting parties are required to complete this form prior to adoption. Sunshine and Piggie Kisses reserves the right to deny any adoption based on answers to this questionnaire and/or interviews prior to adoptions!
